The ACLU asked FormFive to create a series of posters for the Democratic National Convention that illustrates the goal of the organization: to help secure everyone’s right to civil liberties, especially free speech. Each poster was the creation of a different designer at FormFive, and the series allows their style to come through while close collaboration and art direction keeps them related. They all have an instant read at a distance and a deeper meaning that reveals itself upon closer inspection. We chose to silkscreen the designs on heavyweight paper giving them ultra rich color and archival quality.
